How are you, friends of music? 🎧 🎤 🎶

I'm back with my #newtunes post. A little bit of new music for those who don't have time to explore new (and old) sounds. I have a hunger for new tunes, sounds and songs and I can't help it :)

I have to admit that it's not a big effort for me because there is a lot of new music.I could post more, but I don't want to overdo it. I don't know how you guys separate the wheat from the chaff, I just rely on what's echoing in my head for a while.

Tommy Guerrero - A Thousand Shapes of Change

I thought I'd heard it all before from Tommy Guerrero, a skateboarder and guitarist from San Francisco. And he still hasn't said the last word! This is from his latest album. I highly recommend it.

DARKSIDE - Lawmaker

Darkside is new for me. This duo (from New York) started to present their forthcoming album Spiral with this intrigant and psychedelic tune. At times they remind me of Massive Attack, or is it just me?

Dubioza Kolektiv - Space Song feat. Earl Sixteen

The most popular Bosnian band with a new hit that is quickly rising on YT and especially among the Balkan audience in Europe. Rhythmic and bouncy music with cynical and darkly humorous lyrics about the Bosnian reality is once again a recipe for success.

Roy and the Devil’s Motorcycle - Learn to lose

The band was formed in 1991 in rural Switzerland. Yes, they have been playing for 30 years, with an almost unchanged line-up. Three Stähli brothers (3 voices, 3 guitars) and drummer. All this time they have uncompromisingly followed their own style, based on the repetitive psychedelics of the Velvets and unknown garage bands from the 60s. This song is from their new album "Im Reich der Wilden Tiere (No Milk, No Sugar)".

MRFY - Zaljubila

Slovenian band, shoegaze-style song, stream at a morning concert. Harmonic love confession richly equipped with guitars and synthesizers. Quite OK for love song. Zaljubila (Engl. Fell in love ).

St.Vincent - Down

This is the third single from the new (sixth) album by the mega-talented, ever-inspiring creative St.Vincent. Annie Erin Clark, ex-member of the Polyphonic Spree can't be missed. She analyses, sub-plots, captures, breaks and has a great time. I give her a lot of credit.

Squirrel Flower - Flames and Flat Tires

Massachusetts singer-songwriter Squirrel Flower grew out of the garage and DIY scene. Always minimalist and nostalgic, but never boring. She has released a new song, “Flames and Flat Tires,” from her upcoming album, Planet, out in the end of June. Take a look.

Till Lindemann - Ich hasse Kinder

Finally, something provocative. Till Lindeman (Ramstein) posted a video of what he called a "bloody version" of Ich hasse Kinder (I hate children). Still quite harsh, of course, for those with good stomachs. (Wonder when YT will censor it) ...
