Time is running so fast that I find it hard to listen to anything new. Well, I found something pleasing to my ears.

As usual, if you like it, it's fine, if you don't like it it's ok too.

Pokey LaFarge - Riot In The Streets

Pokey goes to a mainstream country with this song. Clean sound and positive messages are needed at this time so that's that.

Bridge City Sinners - Song of the Siren

This interesting girl is a first-class frontman. And the band is a great example of how to transfer folk melodies into punk style music. With attitude.

Viagra Boys - Sports

Seems that these guys coming from nowhere to the playground. Serious mockery from the nihilistic punk perspective with a dose of Iggy Pop voice, Lou Reed attitude and Nick Cave comedy...(I took this from YT comment, fits fine for this band)...

Gangstagrass - Your Land

This combination of bluegrass and rap sounds fine and looks like a kind of protest song. It's fresh release so probably goes with BLM movement.

Sleaford Mods - Second

I saw these guys live a few years ago. Awesome live performance! And a few days ago listen to this, it's fresh, taken from the new album All That Glue. In this video, two actress sing on playback, not them :)

The Modern Lovers - Roadrunner

I was (and still I am) the fan of Jonathan Richman and the band. I know the song but never watched this video (and that's the reason why I posted it). It's from 1972 and there's still the debate on how deep this band and song influenced punk and new wave music styles.
