It's summer, finally! We are going to the sea with my family soon, but I still have to try some local beer here and present it to a global audience in the Beer community.
After 126 #beersaturday posts, this has become a kind of obligation for me, which I have placed in my way of life ... but I wouldn't talk about it more ... maybe some other time 😎
Clef Mi2
New brewery and new beer :)
Mi2 (in English We Two) is unfiltered and unpasteurized Pale Ale, brewed by Clef brewery, Arja Vas, Slovenia. Bottle 0.33 l, alcohol 5% ABV.
They say:
Bitter as honey, tender as a flower, better than the other ten!
Mixture of hops Citra (USA), Chinook (USA), Magnum (SLO). Let's taste!
Beer is a pale yellow color, with solid white foam. A distinct smell of hops (it smells to me, to some it stinks ...), in the first sip a pronounced bitterness of hops with aromas of flowers, fruits and grass. at the end of the sip, sweet shades of fruit are felt that remain in the mouth for some time.
Very fresh and very drinkable.
What I’m going to write down now may be an exaggeration, but, I would venture to say it’s the best Pale Ale I’ve tried so far. It definitely goes in my fridge!
Of course, I believe I will taste even better one day 🍺 🍺 🍺 😎 .
And music I'm listening to ... sad news ... this tune is tribute to Dave Greenfield, died few weeks ago from #covid-19, who played keyboards at The Stranglers, one of my favourite bands. R.I.P. Dave :(
