Take for examples: Some jobs require much effort and absolute attention which can deteriorate to stress, body ache, headache, mental illness and so on. Imagine you are a Banker attending to different customers with different issues unresolved, after going through the stress of dealing with accumulated paper-works or problems, and at the end of the day, you decided to take a break off behind the desk, only to set off to your abode and meet with traffic Jam (this is very rampant in Nigeria mostly) which is a terrible situation.
As a Magazine Editor, you may be faced with different challenges daily with multiple deadlines, meetings and all the other task which demands your attention or physical effort. If you are multi-tasking and you did not get enough rest, the body will tell — your body may start to feel ache or you may likely have an headache or get mental illness which may degenerate into depression
