Mi receta de hoy es una combinación de salchicha y queso envueltas en masa de harina de trigo condimentada creando los llamados "Salchiquesos", muy sabrosos y que se puede comer a cualquier hora del día, ideal para compartir y degustar con la familia y amigos, fácil de hacer, la verdad deliciosos, espero les guste y disfruten.

- 2 salchichas, 4 lonjas de queso mozzarella, 1 taza de harina de trigo, 1/4 de taza de agua, 1 cucharadita de chía, 1 cucharadita de orégano, 1/2 cucharadita de sal, 2 cucharada de aceite.
- 2 sausages, 4 slices of mozzarella cheese, 1 cups of wheat flour, 1/4 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of chia, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon oil.

- En un tazón colocar la harina con la sal.
