There's nothing remotely civil about the state.
The state (more commonly referred to as "the government") is a covertly evil beast, only pretending to have the best interests of its citizens at heart. In reality, the state is the kingdom of satan, intent on destroying its citizens.

"Civil Government" is an oxymoron.
It's a verbal velvet glove on an iron fist.
So called "civil government" is a term conceived in the deepest pits of hell, cleverly designed to obscure the fact that satan himself is the one running all of the mafiosi who fraudulently claim a right to rule humanity. As our Creator, Jesus alone retains the singular and unassailable right to rule.
God gave us dominion over his creation, not over one another. Read The Book! The very first chapter tells us this, for crying out loud!
And what of the term "Civil Government?"
It's not found anywhere in the bible; it is a purely human construct, a tradition of men. You may find it defined and explained any number of times and ways in literature and on the internet. However, its very existence and the rationale for its origin is an unexplained underlying assumption without any supporting biblical justification.
But enough preamble.

The state is not 'civil'
It's founded on evil
And run by the devil
Its "laws" so much drivel
State courts are contemptible
Judges corruptible
Taxes incredible
"Laws" unendurable
"Civil State" is a crock
It's a trick of the devil
To hide his dominion
And keep you off level
The state's "of this world"
Jesus' Kingdom is not
If you work for the state
Then your loyalty's bought
So open your eyes!
Jesus' Kingdom's at stake!
Ecclesia is where
Honest ruling takes place!
You'll never convert
The red dragon to Jesus
Be on the alert
'Cause he's prowling to seize us
So flee! To the wilderness!
God will protect us
Our LORD is the one
Who alone may direct us
Leave the fiefdoms of satan
In your rear-view mirror
Read your bible and start
To see everything clearer
Jesus is King!
All pretenders will perish!
The Kingdom of God
Is the one we must cherish
Ambassadors, we;
Not corrupt politicians
We must not lose sight
Of our biblical mission
Teach the nations the good news
Not unfounded fables

The state is a monster
That's not at all "civil"
Stop worshipping it
