Mass Vaccination started a few months ago, life is going back to normal. So I think, yes, it's okay to go outside. I feel much safer than before.
Ayurvedic- the word largely use in Indian subcontinent, like Bangladesh, Pakistan ie. It's a combination of different medicinal plants and herbs. It's an alternativemedicine. There are different medical school also to gather knowledge and degrees on ayurveda.
