Picture says a thousand words. This has happened here too. You can infer why I'm saying so by looking at the picture. It expresses like-

“KACCHI / BIRYANI” – there is no Bengali who doesn’t know the significance of these words. Kacchi Biryani is a delicious rice dish where mutton or goat meat pieces and especially whole potatoes are marinated with lots of spices. People who don’t like biryani can’t be found I guess. In Bangladesh, there are many biryani houses like Hazir biryani, kacchi bhai, pakki Bhai, Sultan's dine, The Mughal Empire and many more. Yesterday we went to have lunch at Sultans Dine. This is not our first time obviously. We have been here before but we used to go to Dhanmondi branch and this time we have come to Mirpur branch.
We arrived there at approximately 1 pm. It was not too crowded then. Every time I came before there was a lot of crowds. Their interior was quite large compared to the Dhanmondi branch. They had enough stuff to serve. Shortly after we sat down, we were given a menu card like this
Here they strictly mentioned which menu is for dine-in and which take out. We had tried wedding bonanza ( kacchi, chicken roast, jali kebab, beef rejala, borhani, firni, chutney, salad) before many times. Honestly speaking I didn't prefer this platter because of borhani, firni and jail kebab. I didn't like the taste. So this time we ordered separately basmati kacchi, roast and cold drinks. Food served within 15 minutes of ordering.
You know what @istiakahamed loves kacchi more than me. He must replace me if somebody gives him kacchi every day, lol. Biryani looked so delicious that we couldn't resist. It was so hot that smoke was billowing over the food.
Omg, just look at the biryani guys. This juicy and tender mutton pieces full of flavour. A decadent meal that no one can skip without love. Each and every piece was so juicy and soft that could not be expressed in words but the quantity was still sufficient.
And you must think what about the roast? For me their chicken roast is always the best. How could a roast be so juicy and soft? The texture of this roast is A1. I just loved it. They also served chutney and green salad with it. Chutney was good in taste and salad as usual.
I think their price tags are reasonable according to the food. This food actually worth it and their behaviour were humble enough. Interior was not so perfect but good. Those who are biryani lover can definitely try this. That's it for today. Have a good day.
