Ese! nuestro pequeño grupo de locos creadores de contenido que te da la bienvenida a través de ruteros elite, un lugar para encontrarnos desde que nos levantamos hasta siempre! Jajaja porque a toda hora está abierto para hablar de lo que quieras. Para compartir tus post de #Hive, para conversar acerca de alguna iniciativa o simplemente para aconsejarnos en familia…Siempre activos para cualquier tema! Sin Tabú! Sin Censura!
Te hablo de Un grupo que siempre te va a sacar una sonrisa o activará tus neuronas para no quedarte en la flojera; Por el contrario, te motivará a crear e innovarte para no quedarte atrás. Te aconsejo que conozcas a los Ruteros Élites, aunque inicialmente comenzaras con ¨ El valor del talento¨, donde te recibirán con cariño, luego pasarás a la Élite jajaja donde nos apoyamos diariamente ante cualquier situación y que hoy lo describo como ese cuartico acogedor que forma parte de esa gran casa llamada #hive, Porque es en ese lugarcito donde todo comienza para incorporarte a esta gran familia, aquí todos con buenas intenciones somos bienvenidos.
Quise comenzar por hablar de @rutablockchain porque fueron ellos los que me adoptaron para iniciar por la puerta grande en mi amada #hive Una gran casa Deslumbrante, llena de propuestas, cariño, cambios, comprensión, apoyo, recompensas, amistades, aprendizaje y luces destellantes llamados Hivers Talentoso que te deslumbran como grandes espejos brillantes de famosas figuras en los cuales te reflejas y dices Wow!!! Yo deseo crecer y ser una gran creadora de contenido como ellos.
Aunque te inicies con cualquier otro proyecto; sentirás la emoción desde el inicio con tu presentación, si te esmeras y te muestras desde el corazón seguro tendrás gran receptividad de otros hivers.
Llegar aflorando todas nuestras cualidades para brindar grandes enseñanzas a otros hivers es el secreto en la plataforma, crear para brindar un aporte es lo fundamental; que tu contenido contribuya a mejoras de vida en otros, así sea un buen chiste o un relato entretenido que saque otros de una tristeza. El toque mágico lo posees tú y Hive te impulsa a mostrarlo.
- El Despertar! El entusiasmo!
Hive es tan bondadosa, que aunque llegues si saber para qué vienes a la plataforma, ella sola te va enviando señales transformadas en grandes retos, iniciativas, mensajes alentadores y diversos canales de Discord donde te descubrirán al mismo tiempo que te descubrirás; si te entusiasmas podrás aflorar grandes dotes que ni sabías que tenías.. Te despertarás de la oscuridad. Es la primera sensación que sentirás! Un despertar!.
Así me sentí con la encantadora familia que me adoptó @rutablockchain
El asunto aquí es hablar de nuestras emociones en Hive; Yo no sé si voy por el camino correcto! Jajaja pero es difícil no empezar a hablarte de lo maravillosa que es estar en Hive y mi experiencia…Imagino que vas sintiendo emociones a medida que te cuento!
- Haciendo Catarcis con mi Psicólogo #Hive
Luego que desperté y descubrí todas las oportunidades que tenía al estar en esta plataforma, la cual no tiene semejanza con ninguna otra red social, inclusive deje de frecuentar otras redes, a menos que sea para promocionar mis post como acostumbro hacerlo en el twitter; siguió un paso importante para mí, que fue contar mis experiencias de vida y como las superé, abordándolas desde el crecimiento personal a través de mis post; y esa gran oportunidad me llevó a dejar fluir muchas emociones que no me dejaban avanzar… En esos meses sentí la Libertad a plenitud que te brinda #Hive para explorarte y hablar de tu vida sin maquillar emociones para aparentar una falsa situación. Recibí grandes consejos a través de mis post.
- Cuando sentí los sube y baja de los voto!
Cuando estaba en ese va y ven de unos votos altos y otros muy bajos, Comprendí que si creaba post de calidad y plasmaba una historia con aportes reales para otras personas, obtendría ganancias….Lo que llamaría @Danielvehe crea tu propia marca personal.. Aún estoy en ese proceso.. Pero entonces comencé a sumarme a diversos retos, allí se dividió mi corazoncito en dos emociones.
Entre participar en retos porque es agradable hacer comunidad e intercambiar comentarios hermosos para apoyarse aunque los votos sean bajos, y las recompensas muy pocas… Y! hacer post de mi referencia inicial que era el crecimiento personal para obtener mayores ganancias….En ese instante sentí la sensación de que ambas situaciones me satisfacían como Ser…Esto fue un punto interesante para mí, ya que mi norte al entrar en la plataforma era obtener mejoras económicas; y ahora ya estaba reconociéndome como un ser social, capaz de anhelar afecto y esa empatía con el Ser, aunque fuera online.
- Agradecimiento y Admiración!
Mi puntos de referencia siempre han sido @Danielvehe y @Enmy ya que siento admiración por ellos y el trabajo que realizan de incluir de manera desinteresada a muchas personas para que disfruten del beneficio de Hive, su actitud de siempre motivados a dar el extra ante cada situación que sea de provecho para la plataforma y de todos! me hace seguirlos de cerca para crecer bajo esa sombra..Por ellos siempre siento agradecimiento y admiración! Además de que son los responsable de que Yo creara mi cuenta. Ellos me hicieron ver a través de sus ojos la grandeza de #hive y sentir que si podía ser una creadora de contenido.
No sé si voy dividiendo mis emociones y mis sentimientos de la manera adecuada.
- Los Nervios me atacan!
Pero aquí voy con una bien significativa para mí!. El voto de appreciator..Desde el comienzo; Él es responsable de darnos ese empujó para crear nuestra cuenta, y siento que su ojo visor siempre me va dando la aprobación de que todo va por buen camino, cuándo no tengo su voto por mucho tiempo me siento nerviosa, siento que voy a desaparecer de la plataforma porque ya @appreciator no encuentra mi trabajo muy interesante.
Aunque a menudo recibo comentarios amables de otros hivers y eso me mantiene firme.

1. - El día que @bluemist me dejó un comentario!
Wow!! Despertar y ver su comentario en mi post fue una sensación inolvidable, de Alegría, afecto, agradecimiento, reconocimiento y porque no de Amor. Fue una gran experiencia poder interactuar con él y saber que era una persona accesible con y sencilla. Es decir un Ser Real comprometido con Hive tanto como cada uno de nosotros.
2.- El día que recibí una gran recompensa por mi post.
Vaya!! Celebre, sentí la gloria de tener un post con tan altas recompensa, deseando volverá repetir esa experiencia, sigo a varios hivers que son fantásticos y poseen grandes talentos por lo tanto sus post son lo máximo..
3.- 21 días sin estar activa en la plataforma.
Al dar a luz a mi bebe tuve complicaciones. Fue una situación desesperante, al principio sentí que ya iba a desaparecer por completo de la plataforma, tantos días sin escribir. Me sentí vulnerable. En una oportunidad deje una nota de voz un poco triste en el grupo de ruteros, porque sentí que no estaba preparada para afrontar lo que estaba viviendo…Gracias a Dios recibí hermosos mensajes de apoyo de muchos Hivers, los compañeros de @rutablockchain, ruteros élite, además @hispapro , @fuerza-hispana y @miriannalis con toda una iniciativa llena de luz, afecto y vibra positiva.

Estos momentos de baja y cambios.
Siento preocupación, ya que mi familia despende en un 90% de mis recompensas obtenidas en Hive, y veo que los grandes votos en mis post han bajado y por ende mis ganancias también. Comprendo que la moneda fluctúa y que se avecinan grandes cambios positivos en la plataforma. Confío plenamente en ella y en el gran soporte que todos le damos.

Wow!! Waking up and seeing his comment on my post was an unforgettable feeling, of Joy, affection, gratitude, recognition and why not Love. It was a great experience to be able to interact with him and know that he was an accessible person with and simple. In other words, a Real Being committed to Hive as much as each one of us.
2.- The day I received a great reward for my post
Wow! Celebrate, I felt the glory of having a post with such high rewards, wishing you will repeat that experience again, I follow several hivers who are fantastic and have great talents, therefore their post is the best.
3.-21 days without being active on the platform
When giving birth to my baby I had complications. It was a desperate situation, at first I felt that I was going to completely disappear from the platform, so many days without writing. I felt vulnerable.
