Manavision: Mana and Panasonic Minivision

Mana found a toy. A Panasonic Minivision TV. Actually not a toy, but as technology has gone past the Minivision, it is only a cool retro toy to play with.

Mana didn't care. It was all worked up. I have never seen it so exited about anything. It barely looks at my smart phone or the normal sized, modern TV. If it could shrug it's shoulders, it would. But when it found this treasure it was jumping around and making strange hissing noises.

I am Mana! I am Mana! I am Mana!

"Yes Mana, I'll get you batteries for that so you can adjust the nobs and play with it."

So there Mana was. Twirling around the Minivision and trying to get something out of it. I didn't have the heart to tell it that there no longer are any analog broadcast here in Finland. Only digital and Minivision isn't built for that.

Mana was so enthusiastic about the Minivision that I decided to try something as it also works as a monitor.

Although I didn't have the right cables for the Minivision, I did get something out of it and Mana got to play Super Mario Bros. 3.

Audio and video in so works also as a monitor. Really neat brightness and volume adjustment. Handy DC in or you can also choose to use batteries. Rotating antenna, small size and a useful wristband!
