The flower I chose is the Sunflower, I have liked this flower since I was little because my mother always saw one she told me that they symbolized the king star that the position of the sunflowers always faces the sun and that this must have been my thought of reach the desires of my firm heart always looking at the sun that God created to give us life and food as he does with plants also makes humans and all living beings benefit from it.

la flor que elegí es el Girasol, esta flor me a gustado desde pequeña porque mi madre siempre que veía uno me decía que ellos simbolizaban el astro rey que la posición de los girasoles siempre da hacia el sol y que así debía de ser mi pensamiento de alcanzar los anhelos de mi corazón firmes siempre mirando al sol que Dios creo para darnos vida y alimento como hace con las plantas también hace que los humanos y todo ser viviente, nos beneficiemos de el.
En esta foto estoy plasmando mi inspiración en un poema que titule

LA DANZA DEL GIRASOL
Giras como en un espejo
Mirándote siempre al sol
Y a todos dejas perplejos
Cuando danzas girasol
Dorada y preciosa flor
Que alegras a mis jardines
Radiante eres como el sol
Tu mi bello girasol
Todo el mundo te conoce
Seas gigante o pequeño
Cualquiera que a ti te roce
De ti quisiera ser dueño
Otros se conformarían
por tener uno en florero
Mas a mi me encantaría
Tenerte en ramos enteros
Algún colibrí que asoma
Y en tus pétalos se posan
Abejas y mariposas
atraídos por tu aroma
Gira y gira Girasol
Danza con mucha alegría
siguiendo la luz del sol
Hasta que se acabe el día.

THE SUNFLOWER DANCE
You spin like in a mirror
Always looking at the sun
And you leave everyone perplexed
When you dance sunflower
Dorada and flower prices
That you make my gardens happy
You are radiant like the sun
You my beautiful sunflower
Everybody knows you
Whether you are giant or small
Anyone who touches you
I would like to be the owner of you
Others would settle
for having one in a vase
More I would love
Have you in whole bouquets
Some hummingbird that appears
And on your petals they alight
Bees and butterflies
attracted by your scent
Twist and twist Sunflower
Dance with great joy
following the sunlight
Until the day is over.
Every time I decorate my house with sunflowers, I feel an energy that makes me feel more optimistic and happy, in my home we usually use sunflower seeds to prepare juices or salads because they contain vitamins, minerals, fiber, proteins and healthy fats. Among its vitamins it has vitamin E, which is a good antioxidant protecting the body from many diseases such as cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular problems. In some factories they process sunflower seeds to produce flour, oil, soaps and detergents.
Cada vez que adorno mi casa con girasoles, siento una energía que me hace sentir mas optimista y alegre, en mi hogar solemos utilizar las semillas de girasol para preparar jugos o ensaladas porque contienen vitaminas, minerales, fibra, proteínas y grasas saludables. Entre sus vitaminas tiene la vitamina E que es un buen antioxidante protegiendo el organismo de muchas enfermedades como el cáncer, diabetes y problemas cardiovasculares. En algunas fabricas procesan las semillas de girasol para producir harina, aceite, jabones y detergentes.

El girasol fue cultivado por primera vez en américa del norte, de allí lo llevaron a México y Perú y desde ahí se extendió a todo el mundo donde las temperaturas templadas lo permitan cultivar.
