This month's abundant supply of dates made me get many ideas for food and drinks.
Today I get inspired to make a very simple drink.
If on the previous blog I shared a recipe for Iced Date With Coconut Milk, so this time I will share the recipe for Iced Date without coconut milk.
I say this is quite simple because without the addition of sugar or milk. Just add water and ice. But take it easy, it's still sweet.
Ingredients:
- 150 grams of dates
- 500 ml of drinking water
- A little lemon juices
How to make
- Prepare dates. Remove the seeds.
- Then blend with water and a little lemon juices.
- Serve with ice cubes.
Super easy to make! I serve this drink for iftar because I have a limited time to prepare the breaking fast menu.
So Iced Date really helped me to have a refreshing iftar serving while also having a good source of energy for the body, after a day of fasting.
