Inspired by the kindness of sweet dates and rich in energy sources, so I made Raw Vegan Drink based on dates and coconut milk. Very easy to make and without cooking.

Let's start from the list of ingredients that are super simple.

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of dates
  • 65 ml of thick coconut milk
  • 250 ml of water
  • Ice cubes for serving

How to make

  • Step 1
    Prepare dates. Then remove the seeds.

    Add ingredients, dates, coconut milk and water to the blender. Blend until soft.

  • Step 3
    After all ingredients are soft, prepare serving glass.

Put iced cubes into a serving glass.

Then pour the dates drink into a glass. And serve it with sprinkled a pieces of dates.

The texture of Iced Dates With Coconut Milk is thick and tastes very sweet. So you can add a dose of water if the results are too sweet later. It all depends on your taste.
