Hello, Hello Foodies of the World!
First, I want to tell you that I love my job. I feel so fortunate to have found a focus as a content creator, and at the same time to make life in various projects of different natures or purposes. However, all related to blockchain. (Sighs...)
😊🌟
For my Foodie section of the day, I present to you some Choco Oatmeal Bars. They are so delicious and crunchy, I'm sure they will become your favorite snack..
From my side I loved them. I added crushed chocolate flavored cookies to give it a different touch of flavor and color. However, you can make them without adding cookies, it's a matter of taste.
Let's go to the step by step!
🙌🙌
👩🍳👩🍳👩🍳👩🍳👩🍳👩🍳

📌 350 gr flaked oats.
📌 100 gr of crushed cookies.
📌 220 gr butter.
📌 230 gr of sugar.
📌 Pinch of cinnamon.
📌 White vanilla to taste.
👩🍳👩🍳👩🍳👩🍳👩🍳👩🍳
Preparation:
A.- Place the butter and sugar in a pot or saucepan. We take to fire. See figure 1.
B.- When both ingredients are melted, add a little vanilla and turn off the heat. See figure 2.
C.- Add the oat flakes. See figure 3. Mix a little.
D.- Add the crushed cookies and mix. It will form a kind of paste. See figure 4.
E.- Sprinkle cinnamon and mix. See figure 5.
F.- We take our mold, grease it and then pour the dough in it. See figure 6.
G.- Flatten and compact well with a spoon or trowel. See figure 7. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until the bottom layer is golden brown.
H.- When removing from the oven, wait a few minutes until it is a little more at room temperature and take the opportunity to cut with the help of a knife. See figure 8.
To unmold, we must wait until it is at room temperature.
When they are ready, take a look at:
To store them, I have used an airtight aluminum container. This way, they will stay fresh and crispy.
