Afternoon Everyone,
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas yesterday whether that be with family, friends or on your own. For me, it was myself, my husband and my cat. We made the most of it, but did I have any Christmas dreams? Read on to find out.
Friday 25th December 2020 Christmas Day
I did have a few dreams last night, but do you think I can remember them? I’m soooooo annoyed at myself as when I did wake up a few times during the night, I was able to remember them. Even now I’m trying to think of what happened, I simply can’t remember. I know I had at least three dreams. I know they weren’t do do with family or friends or loved ones. I think one was something to do with being on a train. I have had many train dreams in the past. Actually come to think of it, I did dream about being on a train, but I can’t remember where I was going or who I was with.
I have to say, it’s very unusual for me not to remember my dreams, but what I really want to know is why are we programmed to forget our dreams in the first place? It wasn’t as if anything traumatic happened. That I do know. But what makes us forget about them, and what is the reason behind it in the first place. We all know dreams are supposed to represent something or to have a meaning about what we dream, but why do we forget our dreams? This baffles me.
