Afternoon Everyone,
I had two dreams last night, both paper related actually. How funny is that? I am going to write these over two posts. Here is the first dream. I hope you enjoy the read.
Friday 4th December 2020 (Part 1)
I dreamed I was at my old office with a manager who use to work in a different branch. He was working in my branch. I was using a very old 80’s computer. It was cream coloured and it had a separate keyboard that was also in cream, and it had these colourful keys above the set of numeric keys. The computer looked so dated. I was trying to log in and it wouldn’t let me. After trying a few times, I was in! Then I was looking at a word file that had a huge letter that was written in the Stint Ultra Condensed font and it was written in purple. The size of the letters were very small too. I asked my manager if it was ok to print like this. He said it was fine because as everything was small, I won’t be using lots of paper from the printer. Then I looked at the coloured keys above the numeric ones and I was looking for one that was going to print me a T Shirt!
A work dream. Dreams about old employment keep coming up from time to time. It’s the first time i have dreamed about working with a different manager. I have never written a text in purple before, and certainly not a letter of importance. I wonder if the colour means anything. I mean, why did I dream purple? It’s not even my favourite colour. It’s probably one of my least favourite colours actually. I’d also like to know why the computers were old. We had very posh computers in the office where I used to work. It did make me wonder about the key for the printed T Shirt. I don’t even mean a T Shirt having something printed on it, I actually mean a printer that is going to print me a plain white T Shirt! That’s mad!
