Mutton with bones - 1/2 kilo
Yogurt - 200 gram
Ginger,garlic Paste
coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - as required
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon sticks - 1
Black cardamom - 1
Tomato 2
Onion 2
Rice 1/2 Kg

In a Pressure Cooker add mutton, tomato, ginger garlic paste, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, red chilli, turmeric and 2 glass of water cook it for 25 mints.
Fried and ground onions of - 2 big sized onions and mix well, cook for a minute.
Add a tender mutton fry for 5 mints
Now add yogurt and fried onion paste cook for 4 mints.
Now Boil the rice till 80%.
Now Layering
Now Steam cook it for 12 mints.
Now Korma Biryani is ready Grarnish with Coriander Leaves
