EDUCATIVE ROPAVEJERO IV

DREAM OF A ROPAVEJERO

A hug to all who read this post, I wish you great health and happiness that wherever you are, Greetings! As is already known by many of you, I have been working on a social and community support initiative, especially focused on educational institutions (although there are also other approaches). In this writing, you will can see that the ROPAVEJEROS DREAMS move to one of the largest and most emblematic states of our country, because we plan to visit ZULIA city. For those who do not know it, is a state in which their idiosyncrasy distinguishes them over other Venezuelans.

Go to the Zulia?

Maybe many of you would wonder that, or just think that Ropavejero has decided to travel far away (I'm from Guarico) because he loosened a screw and wants to drive the road. The truth is that it is due to a proposal made since January by the esteemed @jayoxaju, who is from Zulia and I could meet her in the platform through her brother @javisem. What I want to say is that the idea has been gestating since ROPAVEJERO EDUCATIVO I, when we started the first contacts and although, at that moment everything sounded far away, the day to make the post about it has come. In that sense, @jayoxaju and @javisem have kept in frequent contact with me and we have established very good communication with the intention of successfully achieving the proposed. This is not an improvised work as you might believe, but it has done a work just like Ropavejero has been doing before, of course, with the contribution of these all Zulians people who have shown their love for the community and above all, for making the DREAMS REALITY!!!

Finally, the valuable help of these 2 persons is what has motivated me to leave my state and venture into another state that is incidentally, is one of the most advanced states in our country. As you know, the idea is that @ropavejero travel to the place and supervise the execution of the projects, so I can take the opportunity to visit this wonderful state with the execution of the project. Of course, I have already proposed some great partners from the steemit community to travel with me, who gladly accepted to travel, they are @ luis07 and @crisangel.

It is clear, first of all we have to get the support from all those people who, in one way or another, feel identified with the EDUCATIVE ROPAVEJERO project. In advance, I must point out that this project is of big importance, for which maximum support is needed. I am convinced that with the support of all of us, we will be able to make this ZULIANS DREAM possible and demonstrate that there are no borders when we want to contribute with our part. On this occasion, it has been thought to place only one institution and thus leave everything acquired for the execution of it.

As you may have noticed, in the previous projects I showed some ideas to follow such as providing support for the post with your upvotes, however for this project I am going to say that we need the support in whatever way you can do, to achieve the goal propoused successfully. Eventhough, if you want to give "reesteem", upvote the post or donate to the cause, it will be welcome for us. As I have said before, this will be the most important project, for the initiative of @ropavejero and to reach the objective itself, since the budget is quite high (as you will see later). Next, I am going to details what the project is about.

ZULIA PROJECT

"Luis Ángel García" Initial Education Center, Macandona sector, Maracaibo city - Zulia State.

Project: Repair of structural plate and placement of asphalt carpets at the "Luis Ángel García" Initial Education Center.

Brief review

The Initial Education Center "Luis Ángel García" started its activities in 1974 and since then the center did not have its own infrastructure. In the year 2000, the infrastructure is created that allows to shelter more than 500 children of initial age, in 6 spacious classrooms, which translates into 12 sections. Currently, in addition to the above, there is also the opportunity to 93 children in the modality of "Family and Community Educational Care". Regarding the teaching enrollment, there are more than 30 teachers within the institution.

Project summary

As you have noticed, the institution has its physical plant since 18 years ago. However, for more than 14 years, it has been suffering a serious problem with leaks of water from the platform to the walls, which has caused the deterioration of the walls and of course, the own structural plate. It is easy to observe (see photos), that this problem is a latent danger for all the children of the institution, since it runs the risk of falling and causing serious harm to the little ones of the institution.

Big efforts have been made, for more than 5 consecutive years knocking on doors before many institutions and unfortunately only promises and more promises have taken place without a real solution, for which we are already desperate to find a quick solution and put an end to the anxiety that we all have the days of thinking that our little ones suffer irreversible damage. In that sense, thanks to the support of a teacher from the @jayoxaju´s institution, we decided to knock on the door of the Steemit platform, since @ropavejero's projects are in search of the institutional good. For the execution of such project, we need:

1.- 1,5 m of White Sand = 1,000,000.00 each meter = 3,000,000.00 Bs.

2.- 6 Cement Sacks = 900,000.00 each sack = 5,400,000.00 Bs.

3.- 1 Plastic Cement = 2,850,000.00 each one = 2,850,000.00 Bs.

4.- 3 Concret Primer = 2,570,000.00 each one = 7,710,000.00 Bs.

5.- 1 Asphalt Paint = 21,000,000.00 each one = 21,000,000.00 Bs.

6.- 39 Rolls of Asphalt Carpet = 5,500,000.00 each one = 214,500,000.00 Bs.

7.- Labor force = 57,000,000.00 Bs.

The total amount is 311,460,000.00 Bs. Which converted into SBD to date are: 150 SBD.

DEMONSTRATIVE PHOTOS ABOUT THE PROJECT

As usual, they leave some commitments to fulfill on my part, as a way of demonstrating what we want to do. In this particular case, Ropavejero IV is much larger than the previous ones, for this reason I have talked with the people involved in the project ZULIA to consider running this project in stages, so that the objectives can be achieved gradually.

As you have already seen, the 1st Phase will be carried out until the reconstruction of the affected area, for it must be made some repairs with cement and other materials, to later start with the second phase, which consists of the placement of the mantles, of course , aware that the cloaks are a total of 39, this activity must be carried out gradually until the total number of Mantles is completed. In that sense, we can say that phase 2 will be extended until the project is completely finished.

Of course, I will not deny that I am a person who likes to see a project completely done, I do not like to leave things incomplete and that is why I try to do the projects in a way that can be reached immediately. In this particular case, after several conversations with @jayoxaju, @ luis07 and @crisangel, among others, I have indicated the entire budget of the project. I confess, it has been a very thoughtful decision, because this project is a reckless compromise. However, as I heard from the respondents: "nothing is lost trying a major project." "You have to risk doing big things."

In that sense, they reminded me of a phrase that always helps me in these cases: "You have to aim at the sky, maybe I can not touch it, but at least I'll be next to the stars". So here is the largest project in terms of economic terms, let's see how the Steemit ecosystem develops with respect to support for this initiative. Therefore, taking into account the above, the following have been established:

COMMITMENTS:

The Zulia project will be divided into phases, starting with the first phase that refers to the repair of the damaged structure, for which the materials described above are needed in paragraphs 1 and 4, plus part of the labor that gives a total: 28,960,000.00 Bs.

• The amount collected will be dedicated exclusively to the execution of the project. In the case of collecting much more than budgeted for the first phase, it will be distributed to cover other needs with respect to the achievement of the objectives set.

• It is likely that Phase 2, the longest of all, so that progress will be published, a measure that allows to place the mantles, according to what was collected at the time.

• Promote Steemit within the beneficiary population.

• It will show before and after images about the execution of the project.

To finish, I just want to thank all those who have supported this initiative starting with the friend @anomadsoul who has constantly supported me. To the friend @schamangerbert who has supported the initiative on several occasions. Friend @nnnarvez, thanks for your support and now we go to a place known to you. To friends @malos10, @sircork, @beanz and @dcardozo25 who have supported the initiative since it first came out. Of course, to all the friends of the team @reveur and @votovzla. A hug to all ... Note: The images shown in the post, have been courtesy of @jayoxaju who has taken them with your phone ...
