Back again this week to toss a couple brews on the table and drink 'em up with the thoughtful and the present!

Weird is Good

I really do like weird people. So many of our group that has stayed connected through the decades are odd ducks. Everyone has felt rejected at some point and it is not a comfortable place to be.

I do believe everyone is weird in their own way and choose whether or not to share that with the world. Others cannot hide it or refuse to do so. Definitely makes for some interesting and unique perspective and the possibility of something special as far as personality goes.

Not sure if I would equate weirdness to beauty of soul but they are most likely some of the most interesting if you take the time to investigate. Then you may indeed discover some uniquely beautiful soul.

Money

It is my opinion that Keanu Reeves https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keanu_Reeves is not much of an actor, not since Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure that is. Other than that, he seems like such a solid dood. Truth is I probably like this one partially because of hit Jiu Jitsu gi.

The universe cares not for the number that sits on your credit score. It cares more for that fact you didn't step on that ant on the sidewalk. Now money is important! Ranks right up there with oxygen, is the only thing that works at the grocery store, and you can buy crypto with it! Ultimately, I believe it should buy lifestyle and freedom.

It is easy to become wrapped up in the pursuit of wealth and I don't suppose it is easy to know you have enough. It appears Keanu has walked that path and straight up gives it to people who need it more than he needs to hoard it. I may be less stressed when my bank account is bloated but I believe in maintaining lifestyle and not electing to stress too much over the path I have to take to freedom.

This song tends to get overplayed but is perfect for the subject. Plus, if anyone discovers/rediscovers Pink Floyd because of this post, the universe will care about that kindness.

Dumbass!

Speaking of universes, they do have a way of helping you develop wisdom. Intelligence may be your aptitude or how well you trained your brain to process, but wisdom is entirely different. I know smart people who are not wise. I know wise people who aren't particularly astute.

In life, I believe you win or you learn. This makes losing more valuable than winning because progress is made if you are paying attention. The universe might have to repeat situations in order to break through the dumbass and get to the lessons. There is hope for all of us dumbasses!

Nobody says DUMBASS! better than Red Foreman. He also likes to put his foot in your ass!
