Kung Pao Mantis Prawn is a spicy, stir-fried Chinese dish made with Mantis Prawn, peanuts, vegetables (traditionally Welsh onion only), and chili peppers. For mix rice stalls, their version is going to be a cheaper version since most people go to mix rice stall to save money.
Here are pictures of my Kung Po Mantis Prawn. It cost me RM8, consider reasonable since I take a lot of mantis prawns.
