Feliz noche comunidad, el día de hoy estoy muy contenta porque he finalizado mis prácticas en el hospital Dr. Luis Gómez López, luego de un mes de pasantías rotaré hacia un nuevo centro de salud, el Hospital Central de Barquisimeto.
Fue un mes lleno de retos, y de mucho aprendizaje, en la primera semana de prácticas me adapte a la dinámica del hospital ya que todos no trabajan igual, además de que venía de un área ambulatoria y para mí era algo distinto, en la segunda semana ya estaba más centrada en las actividades que se realizarían.
Las practicas se realizaban en los turnos de siete de la mañana a una de la tarde y de siete de la noche a siete de la mañana, al llegar a la coordinación de enfermería la licenciada encargada nos distribuía por los diferentes servicios del hospital entre ellos; cardiología, neumonología, medicina interna, cirugía general, quimioterapia, y psiquiatría.
En cada servicio pude aprender y reforzar mis conocimientos sobre cada patología, procedimiento, farmacología y cuidados de enfermería, ha sido una etapa de gran satisfacción ya que he progresado en mi rendimiento académico por el cual considero que ha sido muy bueno.
Conocí muy buenos profesionales de la salud que realmente aman su labor, también compartí con mis compañeras en cada guardia donde pudimos intercambiar conocimientos e ideas además de apoyarnos unas con otras.
Para mi cada paciente es especial y poder proporcionar algún cuidado que ayude a restaurar su salud me llena de alegría, siempre recordare cada paciente con el que pude compartir más tiempo, no hay nada más bonito que escuchar un gracias de esa persona a la que dedicaste tiempo y cuidados, como futura profesional de enfermería me siento satisfecha por la labor realizada.

Happy community night, today I am very happy because I have finished my internship at the Dr. Luis Gómez López hospital, after a month of internships I will rotate to a new health center, the Central Hospital of Barquisimeto.
It was a month full of challenges, and a lot of learning, in the first week of practice I adapted to the dynamics of the hospital since everyone does not work the same, besides that I came from an outpatient area and for me it was something different, in the second The week was already more focused on the activities to be carried out.
The practices were carried out in shifts from seven in the morning to one in the afternoon and from seven at night to seven in the morning. Upon arriving at the nursing coordination, the licensed attorney in charge distributed us through the different services of the hospital among them; cardiology, pulmonology, internal medicine, general surgery, chemotherapy, and psychiatry.
In each service I was able to learn and reinforce my knowledge about each pathology, procedure, pharmacology and nursing care, it has been a period of great satisfaction since I have progressed in my academic performance for which I consider it to have been very good.
I met very good health professionals who really love their work, I also shared with my colleagues in each watch where we were able to exchange knowledge and ideas as well as support each other.
For me each patient is special and being able to provide some care that helps to restore their health fills me with joy, I will always remember each patient with whom I was able to share more time, there is nothing more beautiful than hearing a thank you from that person to whom you dedicated time and care, as a future nursing professional I feel satisfied with the work done.
