Today i bring a review of a really interesting movie i wanted to see since I was a child. Maybe you have heard about Slenderman, if you haven't, please go and read a creepypasta about, then come and read this post, u will want to see the movie more than anything.

Hoy les traigo una reseña de una película realmente interesante que quería ver desde que era niña. Tal vez hayas escuchado sobre Slenderman, si no lo has hecho, ve y lee un creepypasta sobre, luego ven y lee esta publicación, querrás ver la película más que nada.

Synopsis - Sinopsis
Four friends hear rumors of a supernatural being called Slender Man, they are interested and begin to meddle in the corners of the internet to find information about him, they see the video of "how to invoke him" the girls think it is a lie because it cannot be Summoning, however, Slenderman decides who to introduce himself to and the girls starts to have nightmares and visions with him, after, they will realize that it goes more than just nightmares and visions.
Cuatro amigas escuchan rumores de un ser sobrenatural llamado Slender Man, se interesan y empiezan a inmiscuirse en los rincones de internet para encontrar información de él, ven el vídeo de "como invocarlo" las chicas piensan que es una mentira debido a que no se puede invocar, sin embargo, Slenderman decide a quién presentarse y las chicas empiezan a tener pesadillas y visiones con él, después, se darán cuenta que va más allá que solo pesadillas y visiones.
My opinion - Mi opinión
First of all, I must say that the character who plays Slenderman had a great performance, added to the special effects. We must also bear in mind that this actor has a disease that predisposes him to be the perfect actor for this character, simply fantastic.
Primero que todo, debo decir que el personaje que hace de Slenderman tuvo una genial actuación, sumado a los efectos especiales. También hay que tener en cuenta que este actor cuenta con una enfermedad que lo predispone para ser el actor perfecto para este personaje, simplemente fantástico.
Actually, this film is a total disaster at the argumentative level, not following a logical line and, also, it takes a lot to be able to approach the creepypastas of the internet, one would think that with such an amount of investment in this project and, taking into account the Fame that this character and his stories had on the internet, would give us something good, but sadly it is not like that.
Realmente, esta película es un total desastre a nivel argumentativo, no siguiendo una línea lógica y, también, le hace falta mucho para poder acercarse a las creepypastas de internet, uno pensaría que con tal cantidad de inversion en este proyecto y, teniendo en cuenta la fama que tenía en internet este personaje y sus historias, nos darían algo bueno, pero tristemente no es así.
Truth be told, the best we can do is spend our time reading anonymous stories instead of watching this movie. Sadly, it seems that those who made the film had not even read the creepypastas, not even one, the film is really far from the original story or even the personality of Slenderman, its motivation is not clear, nor are basic unknowns they pose us at the beginning of the film.
A decir verdad, lo mejor que podemos hacer es usar nuestro tiempo en leer historias anónimas en vez de ver esta película. Tristemente, parece que aquellos que hicieron la película no hubieran leído nisiquiera las creepypastas, nisiquiera una, la película es realmente alejada a la historia original o, siquiera, a la personalidad de slenderman, no queda clara su motivación, ni tampoco incógnitas básicas que se nos plantean al inicio de la película.

In the end, the film tries to take a turn by involving another character in the main plot, but, to tell the truth, the slowness makes the turn not became interesting, only stays in the air.
¿Por qué slenderman se lleva a algunas personas y a otras no?
¿Que pasa con la gente que se lleva?
Al final la película intenta dar un giro involucrando a otro personaje en la trama principal, pero, a decir verdad la lentitud hace que el giro no sea interesante si no que sólo se quede en el aire.
the good parts, in my opinion, were certain scenes, the way they represented the madness that the victims of slenderman acquired, the way they slowly become their own enemies and losing confidence in their senses makes you feel in that state of madness and constant anxiety too.
las partes buenas, a mi parecer, fueron ciertas escenas, la forma en que representaron la locura que adquirían las víctimas de slenderman, la forma en que lentamente se van volviendo sus mismas enemigas y perdiendo la confianza en sus sentidos te hace sentir en ese estado de locura y ansiedad constante también.
It sounded really promising, a movie about the most famous creepypasta on the internet, this movie could have been the predecessor of the jump from creepypasta to the big screen, however it was a terrible adaptation compared to the stories that can be found in the forums of Internet.
Sonaba realmente prometedor, una película de la creepypasta más famosa de internet, esta película habría podido ser la predecesora del salto desde las creepypastas a la pantalla grande, sin embargo fue una terrible adaptación en comparación a las historias que se pueden encontrar en los foros de internet.
