SunThursday Contest #28 - Fire Above 🌞😨🌞

Ohhhh....how, I am missing traveling and I would think most you people out there are feeling the same way, looking back at my archive of travel, I came across yet some more sweet wonderful memories, chasing the sunsets on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand, there wasn't a day that we weren't in our little yellow jeep driving around the island searching for hidden beaches and best spots to see the next sunset, apart from Chaweng Beach and Lamai Beach which are the two most popular tourism beaches, they were many other great beaches for sunrises or sunsets but for sunsets we needed to get over to the other side of the island and these beaches were never a great distance apart from each other you could drive around the entire island in just over 2 hours non-stop. On this particular day we decided to drive over to Choeng Mon Beach Beach were you will also find Bophut Beach and Maenam Beach.

It was less then a 1 hour drive from the resort we were staying on Silver Beach to Choeng Mon Beach on our way to Choeng Mon Beach, which is on the northeastern tip of the island, we could see the sky starting to color up in this fiery color we knew then we were going to be in for another magical sunset, parking our little yellow jeep on arrival to Choeng Mon Beach, we took by foot along the soft white sand beach found a little local bar- restaurant got ourselves some Thai snack foods a cold beer and waited for the sky to fire up and again we were not disappointed by these magical sunsets we use to get everyday, while on this paradise island. Choeng Mon Beach was a very casual beach with beautiful soft white sand not over crowded and mainly run by local and family businesses with everything you needed to be comfortable here. Waiting for the day to get back there 😊
