Seashore Sunrises and Sunsets

Sunrise and sunsets by the seashore sure is almost always very colorful. I don't take my DSLR camera onto the beach very often, because it's usually too windy. Sometimes I get lucky and there is little or no wind. The bay usually isn't a problem.

This post contains 3 photography shoots in random order. I took a walk along the beach in Wildwood Crest early one morning. I took another walk around Sunset Lake (the bay) in Wildwood Crest at sunset. I also shot some sunset photos in Cape May. All 3 locations are in Southern Cape May County, New Jersey.

I recently got a night job in Pennsylvania, and unfortunately I can't go down the shore anymore because of my work schedule. I do, however, have hundreds of coastal photos that I haven't published yet. I'll be using them in future posts. I have an extra long Wednesday Walk post of Sunset Lake which I will be publishing this coming Wednesday.

There's a lot of creeks and parks and rural nature preserves on my commute to work, so I'll still have new photos to publish. Hopefully soon I'll be able to live and pay 2 mortgages and not have to work for anyone but myself. For now though, saving my HIVE and my HIVE-ENGINE tokens is bringing me one step closer to achieving my dream of total self employment and going back to the beach every day, 365 days a year! I also invested a lot of money into starting an online plant nursery. I'll be giving good deals on plants in exchange for HIVE beginning next Spring.

Sometimes I harvest mussels in the cinder blocks at low tide. There's also oysters there, but I don't think it's legal in New Jersey to use a tool to harvest seafood.
