SUFB Token holders are collectively entitled to 25% of the damages obtained in the Crypto Class Action against Facebook & Google's Crypto Ad Ban by class members who have signed JPB Liberty's Litigation Funding Agreement.

This means that if the signed up class members win, say $20M, in an early settlement in the Class Action, then 25% of that ($5M) would be split between the token holders (with 70% going to the class member claimants).
Let say there were 400,000 SUFB tokens on issue at the date of settlement, this means each SUFB token would be entitled to a payout of $12.50 ($5M/400k)
Not bad for a token now selling for 0.5 Steem!

Another scenario is that the class action litigation fights out over a number of years and a much larger group of signed up class members wins $1Bn in damages (out of a total potential damages claim of $400Bn+). In this case $250M would be split between up to 18M SUFB tokens making each SUFB token entitled to a payout of $13.89 (250M/18M).

Another scenario is that the case is lost and the SUFB token is worth nothing!

All these scenarios and many more are possible and this is not financial advice.

However based on our own and independent expert legal opinion we believe this case to have a good chance.
Also, shareholder class actions in Australia (of which this is similar) almost always settle before trial.

So if you want to support the class action and/or try your luck with litigation funding you can buy the SUFB token for Steem on the Steem Engine DEX.
You should also sign up for the class action to get bonus SUFB tokens and secure your place in an early damages settlement.

If you are interested in a larger investment than available on the DEX, please contact me directly at andrew@jpbliberty.com

SUFB tokens are offered to Steemians (all or whom are eligible to join the class action) by JPB Liberty Pty Ltd, an Australian company, under the Litigation Funding Exemption to Australian securities law.
