So... have you joined in already?
The presale for Rebellion, the new set, started just a few hours ago. I can't tell if the team's expectations are being met, but judging by these first few hours... things don't look that bad, right?
In less than 24h, almost half of the allocated supply for the presale has already been sold!
I decided to join a group buy and get 50 packs; was unsure until the last moment wether to do it alone: on one hand, it would mean more possibilities for random airdrop of the two promo cards, since each purchased pack is eligible. On the other hand, the group buy allowed me to save some (much needed) dec for lands AND get 7 bonus packs, which I wouldn't have gotten otherwise.
More important than going in group or alone, I did wanted to show some support for the game; although some enthusiasm about the game seems to have finally ressurfaced, it feels there's still a lot of FUD going around, and it's in times like these a good community is needed! After all, more or less optimistic, we all want the same: seeing the game evolve and skyrocket, and having a ton of fun on the way!
I do believe the presale will sell out; and before the official launch in December, lands will probably arrive: so, interesting times ahead! Time to stack dec, and keep improving the collection.
