This week's Splinterlands post was what this community needed for quite some time now. Not that the new cards collection was coming, we all knew that it was just a matter of time; it's how it's coming, and all the changes coming along with it! If you haven't read it yet, check the original post here!

Excited yet??
After all the gloom in these last times, it feels so great to read a post like this.
Everything seems to be well thought, there are contingency measures in place in case the sale doesn't go as smooth as the team hopes; there are new game mechanics and a series of tweaks that a first glance, seem to bring renewed excitment to gameplay... and all this, without even factoring the coming lands! If there is doubts if community welcomed the news, just check DEC price today.
The only problem here?
I'm trying to hold on to my assets, not selling them to buy cards!!! And you're not helping, Splinterlands! 😂😂😂
I'll definitely be buying some packs in presale, unless they fly too fast for me to grab them; even if it's just to show my support, given that often buying individual cards in the market is a better strategy. All in all, I can't remember one single time this year in that the game future seemed so bright.
