Pimer paso:
Trace el line art creando mi pincel con la herramienta formas y cargándola a los pinceles.

Segundo paso:
Agregue el color a la imagen y cree las sombras con colores oscuros para dar un aspecto nocturno. Esto usando la herramienta pluma.
Add color to the image and create shadows with dark colors to give a nocturnal look. This using the pen tool.
