Trail of Cedars Nature Trail Hike
Day 1 was spent driving- Going to the Sun Road- and seeing the park mostly from the truck and getting out at some of the stops.
On the second day we were ready to get out and explore both the land and water! We did the Trail of Cedars and continued to Avalanche Lake and kayaked in Hungry Horse Lake.

This Nature Trail at the beginning of the Avalanche Hike is awesome.
There is a board walk so it is accessible to lots of people of different abilities.
The green covering the ground is mesmerizing to a Arizona girl.
Looking up into the Cedars
And the best part-- Avalanche Gorge
This hike/walk/stroll is an amazing addition to the longer hikes throughout the park.
Next, post the hike to Avalanche Lake Hike
