Qurator Registration Update
All the details regarding Qurator registration can be found in this post. Rules and reasons to join will also be discussed to help clarify things.
In the past, we asked for a fee to join Qurator. The fee helped us pay the bills and also gave new members some bonus upvotes throughout the month. This is no longer the case and it will now be free to join Qurator while still including the bonus upvotes for new members just to get the ball rolling for them.

1. How to join Qurator
There are TWO ways to join Qurator and become a member.
1. Discord
Visit our Discord Channel and share your account link that you would like to get reviewed in the Account Review channel.
2. Wallet message
Send us a wallet message with your user name as the memo.
Both ways will notify us to start the review process where a panel of mods will review your account and let you know if you are approved or not. If you sent us a wallet message we will respond with a wallet message. If you used Discord then we will let you know in Discord.
A review can take 1-3 days since not all our mods are in the same time zone and we like to make sure about our decisions.
2. Why join Qurator?
Qurator has been around for almost 2 years and our goal is and will always be to support those who put effort into their content. Hard work needs to be rewarded and we try our best to give our members as much as we possibly can with daily upvotes to all members. We offer help and alternative ways to earn some extra rewards with competitions and special features. New members will start with an upvote bonus equivalent to a 1000 SP account for a total of 30 days.
When you join Qurator there are 2 ways to get a daily upvote from the @qurator account.
1. Delegation to @qurator
Delegating SP to @qurator not only benefits you but all the other Qurator members. Delegation works with a Multiplier system. Whatever amount of SP delegated will be multiplied by 9 and the upvote will be returned as if it was coming from an account with that amount of SP. Example: Delegate 250SP and get an upvote worth 2250SP

After you click the link you will have to check the value, click next and then enter your Steemit NAME and Private Active Key to delegate.
Please remember to leave at least 50SP in your account and the new delegations overwrite the old one. Always use the total amount you want to delegate.
2. Upvote @qurator posts
We are aware that not all members can or want to delegate. We do offer rewards based on the upvotes to the @qurator account. Thus, we worked it out that whatever the value of the upvote will be multiplied by 1.4 and then returned to the member. So a 1:1.4 ratio return on all upvotes.
Example: Upvote @qurator with $0.20 a week and @qurator will upvote the member with upvotes worth $0.28 the next week.
3. Rules and Blocked Tags
Qurator has always been a little strict and we care about our outgoing upvotes. Thus, we have a standard to uphold to make sure those who deserve it get the rewards and not spammers, scammers, plagiarisers, and all the other possible bad seeds out there.
Reasons you might not get approved:
Low Quality/Low Effort Content
Plagiarism
Incorrect or no Image Sourcing
Posts related to bad-mouthing other Steemit users
All new accounts must be at least 2 weeks old or have a minimum of 10 posts.
