This is not just any dessert, it is an art translated into a masterpiece that I called Rainbow Coconut Honey Jelly. It can be your centerpiece for any parties and so delicious as well. This is my original recipe using only 5 ingredients that I created for this week's Honey challenge and I hope you will like it.
Ingredients
Colors Layer
1 packet 10gm jelly powder
800ml water
300gm sugar
Food coloring: Blue, Green and Pink
Coconut Milk Honey Jelly
1 packet 10gm jelly powder
500ml coconut milk
1 cup Honey
1 egg
Method
1. Colors Cubes: Mix Jelly with sugar in a bowl. Place water into a pot. Bring to boil and add in sugar and jelly powder. Boil until jelly and sugar are dissolved, turn off the heat. Prepare 3 bowls. Sieve the mixture and separate it into 3 bowls. Add each bowl the different colors, blue, green, and pink. Refrigerate for 2 hours before taking out and cut each of the jelly colors into cubes. Once you have done this, then you can start with your Coconut Milk Honey Jelly.
2. Coconut Milk Honey Jelly: Place coconut milk, egg, and honey in a bowl and mix well. Place water into a pot and bring to boil. Add in the jelly powder and boil until jelly is dissolved. Add in the coconut milk mixture. Boil for another 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Sieve the mixture into a bowl.
3. Rainbow Coconut Honey Jelly: Let the coconut milk honey jelly mixture slightly cold before placing your color jelly cubes into the coconut mixture. Take the color cubes and randomly place them inside the mixture until finish. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
