Tuna is a fish of the pelagic sea belonging to the thunnini nation, composed of several species of the skombride family, particularly the genus thunnus. He is a good swimmer. Little wonder, then, that most fish had white meat and tuna had pink to dark red.

The temperature of the tuna's blood is above that of the water with its muscular activity, which leads to living in colder water and enduring under varying conditions. Most are large, and tuna is highly commercially valuable fish.@hive
