Some days ago I visited crop field for buying potatoes . I bought 150 kg potatoes from crop field .
Firstly I had cut potatoes ,onion and garlic slicely. After that I had washed potatoes with water . .
After washing potatoes, I had mixed tumaric and salt . When mustrad oil is hot , i had fried onions .
After frying onions , I had boiled potatoes .
Thus I had fried potatoes sometimes . Thus I made potatoes fry recipe.
Really It is very delicious and tasty recipe . It is a homemade recipe .
