FRIED FISH WITH VEGETABLE AND SALAD.
Ingredients:
- Fish (of your preference)
- Yucca and ocumo.
- For the salad: Tomato, lettuce, cucumber and onion.
- Oil and salt.
We begin this preparation by bringing a pot of water to the fire, when it is boiling we add salt, yucca and ocumo. Cook until soft.
Soak the lettuce in vinegar water, wash and cut the tomato, cucumber and onion.
We cut the lettuce and mix with the other vegetables, add salt, two tablespoons of oil and ready the salad. We can also add mayonnaise.
Now we continue with the fish, add salt and fry on both sides until golden brown.
We have everything ready, now we serve
