Edible essential oils

There were herbs that are sold in small amounts for each type, so I bought a few. I plan to try the fresh taste one by one. Most of them are purchased with essential oils, so the smell is familiar to me. Regarding aromatherapy, my special interest is in the application of edible essential oils. There are about 45 kinds of edibles commercialized. I want to study formulation of edible essential oils for natural medication other than to use them for cooking, massage or fragrance. There are some cases when it is just disgusting to eat owing to its high concentration. A few drops of oil combination in a vegetable capsule swallowed with warm water like a pill makes the yucky feeling not a big problem. Even though there are some cases like belching comes up just after entering the body, this is less repulsive than eating foods that are offensive to the stomach or very bitter herbal medicines. In the West, a lot of research in this field has already been carried out. It is simple and does not need to be boiled in water for a long time to prepare traditional herbal soups. Herbs frequently used for essential oils as citrus, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and chrysanthemum and etc are also used in prescription for herbal remedy at traditional Chinese medicine. Looking at the oil ingredients in the recommended combination for each symptom in the Western research, similar logic to heal is carried on at ancient Chinese medicine. Edible oils have similar mechanism of physiology inside the body as to traditional herbal Chinese medicines, so a cross-interpretation between two cultures seems to be possible.
