Rosa y Pelu, en la primer salida nos acompañaron un par de kilometros y luego con el amigo José, le imprimimos un buen ritmo, hasta Cañuelas. Pedimos permiso al viento, y avanzamos lento, sin prisa, pero sin pausa.

Raul, es un tanto nuevo en el grupo; vecino de Ezeiza, ex comisario, jubilado hace poco y esta enamoradísimo del ciclismo. Según manifestación de el, fue como volver a los 20 años y como nota de color, se acerca a mi y me dice: Vos que sos camarógrafo, filmame y pasame algún video para pasarle a mis hermanos y amigos que estan en el interior. Por supuesto Palabras, le hizo, su sesión de tomas 😁.

Raul is somewhat new in the group; he is a neighbor of Ezeiza, a former police officer, recently retired and in love with cycling. Más de 100 km de ciclismo, amigos, risas y buenos momentos, en tan solo dos días. En el segundo día, me puse a prueba y cuando volví, grabe mi sesión de burpees que ya vamos superando los 100 burpees e increíblemente lo logré. Debo decir, que al principio me costó un poco, pero luego el cuerpo se acomodó y todo fluyo de maravilla.

More than 100 km of cycling, friends, laughter and good times, in just two days. On the second day, I put myself to the test and when I returned, I recorded my burpees session, which we are already over 100 burpees and incredibly I did it. Llegando a Ezeiza y gracias a una genial idea de la Pelu, que sugirió acortar el camino e ir, por otro lado, termine pinchando la cámara; por suerte, hombre prevenido vale por dos, tenía todo lo necesario para cambiar y seguir.
