Last year at vacation on July I went to Bisnakandi on a tour.
Bisnakandi is a village situated in Rustompur Union on Guainghat under Sylhet. Sylhet is all over a place of natural beauty for places like Bisnakandi and many others.
Bisnakandi is a border-sight tourist spot. Where many layers of Khasi Mountains meet at a single point from both India and bangladesh and made a beautiful waterfall with its crystal clear and ice melt cold water flowing from India to Bangladesh.
I went there with my friends.
We were 6 stayed at my friends place that night. It was very much fun, our college is a resedential college so we have to stay in the college. We leave off from college at the first day of vacation and head our way to Bisnakandi. We hired a micro-bus to reach there. We landed on a place called Hadarpar and hired a local boat to reach our destination.
Bisnakandi is surrounded by river coming from India and Bangladesh. The water was so cold, as cold as Ice. That day was hot thus it felt better in the water. We enjoyed a lot and tried to swim but there was a lot of current on the river that we couldn't swim.
The spot was pretty much simple and beautiful. Some sky touching mountains in front and a river at backside and at middle there were large stones. There were some shops which were selling different products from India at cheaper price known as Border Bazar
We enjoyed all the day long and returned to my friends house at the evening.
If anyone wants to come to Bisnakandi my suggestion will be to come at rainy season. That's the time when nature upholds its best scenario. As Bisnakandi is a quarry spot it will be waste of time if anyone comes in winter. Because in winter there run miners of stones and sands which lefts pretty much nothing to see....
Enough talking here are some good pictures of that spot i have captured and would like to show to you:
