Today I come with a nutritious shredded salad, made with cabbage, carrots and beets. These days I have tried to consume many foods that provide many nutrients and vitamins, since the famous COVID-19 arrived in my family and we need to eat a lot of vitamins to keep our immune system strong.
It is the first time that I make this salad with beets, I always made it with carrots only, but since beets are very nutritious, I decided to incorporate them into this salad, but not boiled if not raw.
Here I will show you how to make my nutritious salad.

Trozo de Repollo
Zanahoria
Remolacha
Cebolla
Cilantro
Aceite , vinagre y sal.

- Lave bien las verduras y le quite la corteza a la zanahoria y remolacha

- Luego corte el repollo en juliana

- Despues fue la zanahoria que la ralle por el lado grueso del rallador de queso.

- Coloque en un plato ya los ingredientes de la ensalada, con el cilantro picado finamente y la cebolla rallada
