Ingredients

500 gr. cod fillet

150 gr. flour, g.o.x.

3 eggs

2 tbsp. tarragon, dry

120 gr. breadcrumbs

1 tbsp. thyme, finely chopped

¼ κ.γ. smoked paprika, grated

Salt

Pepper

Sunflower oil, for frying

Preparation

We take the fillet and cut it into slices measuring 7x3cm, place them on a plate and leave them aside.

Then, add the flour, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper to a plate and mix them with a spoon.

Then we empty the eggs into another plate and beat them.

Then, in a third dish, add the toast with the tarragon and mix them with a spoon.

Then, bread the fillets, passing them first through the flour, then through the plate with the eggs and finally through the toast.

Then, place a pan on medium to low heat and let it burn. After it burns, add a little sunflower oil and let it heat up.

Finally, fry the fish croquettes until they turn golden.

Once they are ready, place them on a plate with absorbent paper and serve.
