It's been a long week for me, our school works are getting a lot and I'm struggling to find some time to draw. This sketch took nearly an hour. As you can see on the progress pirctures, I'm using grids and honestly speaking it take away a lot of time and excitement hahaha. I feel that after I made the grid I should rest now hahahha. But using grid is a convenient way for me and I'm not giving ng up on it even it requires more time. As a tip from me if you're still struggling to make portraits use grids!<3

How are you all doing? I hope everyone of you finds time to rest. One thing I believe before, that working hard pays a huge reward. Ever since it's my goal to meet deadlines, to push myself to the limit because I thought when I'm doing this I am progressing. But as I grow, and as I push myself, I don't feel the "progress". I feel exhausted. The amount of time I work so much, sometimes are not what I'm expecting to the outcome of my work for the reason that I just wanting to finish it and not enjoying it. I mean that's literally the reason of life to enjoy things and not to rush things. And as I experienced what adults warns us, I now know that resting is equally important as being productive. More importantly that I have to enjoy every single thing I do even if I don't really find it interesting. Thankyou for stopping by. Have a good day!
