Revenues on serenity will be generated from:
Energy retail services.
Consumers will be charged near the wholesale electricity price and at the same time provide cheaper electricity as compared to existing electricity retailers. This will be made possible by the access to the wholesale electricity market real-time pricing, and also automated blockchain-enabled energy purchase microtransactions. Surplus renewable energy will be sold on wholesale energy and carbon market, and the generators will be rewarded with ERGON and CARBON tokens.
Renewable energy production.
The platform will fund projects related to renewable energy production and include those resources with the other prosumer’s capabilities into syndicated Serenity Generator Platform. The synchronization of all Distributed Energy Resources through blockchain and HEPEK device control will enable Serenity to satisfy regulatory requirement for the minimum installed capacity to be classified as a large-scale electricity generator and be able to sell produced energy on wholesale electricity markets. Prosumers and generators will all receive ERGON tokens as a payment for renewable electricity exported to the energy grid and CARBON tokens as a reward for helping lower carbon emissions.
Carbon credits monetization.
Members of the platform will be able to earn CARBON tokens based on their household green star ratings and the amount of renewable energy produced. These tokens will be redeemable through the platform in exchange for fiat.
HEPEK gateway sales.
HEPEK device will be a part of the purchase lease agreement between subscribers and Serenity in countries with deregulated electricity markets.However,in countries with regulated electricity market, the device will be sold to utility providers as “smart meter with enabled prepayment capabilities” .The subscribers will still get CARBON tokens as a reward for production of renewable energy.
P2P energy trading platform.
In deregulated markets, the platforms will allow subscribers from the same substation area to directly trade electricity when production meets demand. Serenity will charge small transaction fees.
The marketplace (Bazaar)
ERGON token will enable the trade of both goods and services between members of the Serenity pool within the same trading zone. Small businesses who will be members of the pool could accept ERGON as a payment for goods and services they provide to other pool members. ERGON tokens will be redeemable through the Serenity platform in exchange for fiat.
Renewable energy projects.
Serenity will use treasury pool to fund the development of projects which are related to renewable energy production: solar, wind and battery farms.
Net-zero residential property developments.
The platform will design and build residential developments and single dwellings through utilizing Rapid Building System, which is the ultimate platform to build passive homes. When they are equipped with integrated solar panels, batteries and HEPEK device, such houses will become Net-Zero dwellings.
