Traditionally, this will grow every months of August and September but in this new and modern world, there is no exact time on when did this kind of plant grow. First, just cook the garlic. Make it cook until it turns into golden brown and have a beautiful smell. Cooking garlic and or onions helps our food smells good and tasty.

Next, just add the mushroom. It should washed and clean before putting in the hot pan. Just double check if there is no worm on its leaves.

Next, add the soy sauce, salt and other seasonings before covered it.

By covering the pan helps our food cooked immediately. The mushroom takes only for 25 minutes until it cooked. The benefits of the mushrooms will help our body healthy, sufficient amount of protein, potassium and vitamins.

Most of the restaurants here served this kind of food and its very expensive. The cost per kilo of the fresh mushrooms takes up to 200 pesos.
