A pleasant afternoon for each of us, especially to all members here in @foodiesbeehive community. My post for this afternoon is all about mushrooms.
Mushroom is very edible here in our country. We called it "ligbus" here in our province. Traditionally, this will grow every months of August and September but in this new and modern world, there is no exact time on when did this kind of plant grow. This afternoon, I will show you how to cook mushroom "adobo".
First, gather the ingredients;
Garlic.
Cooking oil.
Vetsin and or other seasonings
Mushrooms .
Soy sause.
Salt.
Cooking mushroom adobo is very easiest and simple to make. And here how it does;
First, just cook the garlic. Make it cook until it turns into golden brown and have a beautiful smell. Cooking garlic and or onions helps our food smells good and tasty.
Next, just add the mushroom. It should washed and clean before putting in the hot pan. Just double check if there is no worm on its leaves.
Next, add the soy sauce, salt and other seasonings before covered it.
By covering the pan helps our food cooked immediately. The mushroom takes only for 25 minutes until it cooked. The benefits of the mushrooms will help our body healthy, sufficient amount of protein, potassium and vitamins.
Most of the restaurants here served this kind of food and its very expensive. The cost per kilo of the fresh mushrooms takes up to 200 pesos.
And heres our Mushroom adobo recipé, serve it while its hot. Enjoy eating.
