Stratagem Summation

When the stakes are high and you have the ability to fit it in your build, you can stack your healing to ensure that the proper monsters remain in the battle as long as possible. To be able to do this, you need multiple healers, which may require you to look in the neutral and/or dragon splinters to stock your deck properly. Healers can make or break a team, but also can be shutdown by other summoners with affliction and similar abilities.

The order of the healers is subjective. You could argue pro/cons of switching the two healers.
