Weekends are always a story with family, spending time on recreation or just looking for snacks and hang out has become a habit that shouldn't be left behind.
This weekend, we visited one of the Bakso [meatballs] culinary centers in my city; Bakso Koko . Basically, Bakso culinary is almost the same in every region in Indonesia, it just depends on the recipe and serve it.
Well, the Bakso Koko that I visited is known to have soft meatball and broth which is delicious and still hot when served.
The Bakso Koko has been in my city for more than a decade, the special taste of Bakso Koko has become the hallmark of Bakso Koko which is increasingly being visited.
And it is proven, the owner of Bakso Koko must open a bigger shop to provide comfort for their visitors
Previously, Bakso Koko was in the old shop on Jalan Perdagangan, Lhokseumawe City. Now with a new look, Bakso Koko has moved to the next street, precisely at the Simpang Pase, Lhokseumawe city.
The atmosphere at this new location looks more spacious and comfortable. I ordered Mie Bakso and Bakso Ayam [Chicken Meatballs] for two portions.
Even though it is in the new location, the price offered to customers is still the same as before; 15,000, IDR up to 30,000 IDR per portion, of course, according to the menu we ordered.
The delicious beef broth is combined with noodles and chewy beef meatballs, making this culinary dish a favorite. I usually add Chili Sauce, and a little sweet soy sauce, so the sensation of eating Bakso will be very special for me.
