Approximately 3 pounds of ground meat. I used Lean Ground Beef and Ground Chicken and Beef Combo.
Season with: 1 tbs salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, pinch of cinnamon, pinch of turmeric.

Blend 2 large onions, 3 garlic cloves, 1 potato, 2 eggs. Add this mixture to the meat. Add 4 tbs oil, 4 tbs lemon juice, 1/2 cup coarse chickpea flour.
Let the meat marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a large pan, add a little turmeric and a piece of carrot(it prevents the oil from burning).
Make patties with the meat and fry both sides until golden.
