Hola amigos de hive y gems, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta de un rico helado de café con galletas oreo, yo soy amante del café y cuando voy a una heladería es fijo pedir un helado de cualquier sabor pero que venga acompañado con uno de café, ahora con esta receta cada vez que quiera un helado me lo preparo yo mismo porque de verdad queda riquísimo, si eres adicto al café aquí tienes otra manera de degustarlo en tu hogar.

Ingredientes:

150 gramos de leche condensada
200 gramos de crema de leche
10 galletas oreo
1 cucharada de café instantáneo.

Ingredients:

Vertimos la crema de leche que esté bien fría en un envase para batir.

We pour the cream of milk that is very cold in a container to beat.

Batimos a velocidad media con una batidora, por 3 minutos hasta montar, debes tomar en cuenta no batir demás porque se corta la crema y no va a servir, también puedes hacerlo con un batidor manual.

We beat at medium speed with a mixer, for 3 minutes until assembled, you must take into account not to beat too much because the cream is cut and it will not work, you can also do it with a manual mixer.

Una vez montada la crema de leche con una consistencia un poco espesa le agregamos la leche condensada.

Seguimos batiendo solo hasta integra la leche condensada para luego agregarle el café instantáneo.

We continue beating only until the condensed milk is integrated and then we add the instant coffee.

Después de integrar el café le agregué las galletas trituradas y mezclé.
