They are very nutritious green granites when eating them, they are a delight. We start its elaboration. First they are cleaned to extract all the impurities that they can bring, we place them in water all night, to avoid flatulence, I comment these green grains are not hard at all, the next day the water is changed, and we take it to cooking.
We clean, wash and chop our vegetables, add them to the granites, with their respective touch of salt and oil
I let it cook until the vegetables are cooked, and lower the liquid. Finally I put a touch of garlic, previously crushed, and ready our granites to be eaten.
