Sencillo y deliciosos granitos verdes/Simple and delicious green granites [Esn-Ing]

They are very nutritious green granites when eating them, they are a delight. We start its elaboration. First they are cleaned to extract all the impurities that they can bring, we place them in water all night, to avoid flatulence, I comment these green grains are not hard at all, the next day the water is changed, and we take it to cooking.

Limpiamos, lavamos y picamos nuestras verduras, las agregamos a los granitos, con su respectivo toque de sal y aceite.div>

We clean, wash and chop our vegetables, add them to the granites, with their respective touch of salt and oil

Dejo cocinar hasta que estén cocida las verduras, y baje el liquido. Por ultimo le pongo un toque de ajo , previamente triturado, y listo nuestros granitos para ser comidos.
