HEAVENLY MANGO TAPIOCA
MANGO TAPIOCA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1/4 kilo Tapioca pearls - cook the tapioca then drain
1 ½ cup condensed milk
1 cup all purpose cream
1/4 cup water
1 cup evaporated milk
3-8 fresh mangoes
INSTRUCTIONS:
Peel and remove the mango seed then put into the blender together with the water, then blend.
Cook tapioca then mix well with blended mango and cream and milk, now use the remaining 2 mangoes by slicing it and put as a topping.
- Refrigerate for few hours based on your liking. ENJOY!
