In leadership
there is no sense in insisting that you must wear the crown👑. Look around your circle, you will realise that one among you has notably earned the adequate attention of the people. Let that person wear the crown.
Leadership is about influence and not holding a position. With this in mind, you can let another man wear the crown, then you wear the shoes, at least you both are wearing something in that circumstance. Learn to take the bullets for others. If you can't take bullets for anyone, then you are not yet ready to live life let alone hold any leadership position.
