Aston Martin has finally released the official sibling of their hyper car or hypercar, the Aston Martin Valkyrie in a slightly different form, the Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider. No kidding, Aston Martin only made as many as 85 units for the global market.

so like it or not, the competition to get a hypercar made by Aston Martin is getting fiercer. Because the number of this car is rarer than his brother Aston Martin Valkyrie which produced 150 units. Moreover, in terms of design, the ability of the Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider has special advantages.

If the Aston Martin Valkyrie comes with a closed roof, then its sibling actually has the ability to open the roof. From there Aston Martin gave the name Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider. Where the spider refers to the ability of a car whose roof can be opened.

In terms of exterior Aston Martin Valkyrie and Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider are not much different. The big difference is only seen in the roof that can be opened and the car doors are opened in a different way.

Unlike the Aston Martin Valkyrie, which opens like a seagull's wing, the Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider has a butterfly door. The door of this model must be installed because the roof of the Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider can be removed.

to open the roof made of carbon fiber, car owners have to do it manually. So when you are driving a car and suddenly want to feel the sensation of open air then you must first stop. After that you start removing the roof manually. So it can't run electric like other roofless sports cars.

Uniquely, although the roof can be opened and made of carbon fiber, Aston Martin says this car is much heavier than the Aston Martin Valkyrie. It's just that it won't have a big impact considering the car still carries the same engine, namely a V12 engine with a 6.5 liter cylinder capacity made by Cossworth. The engine can generate power of 1,139 horsepower.

Of course, with an open roof, the sensation of hearing the V12 engine directly in the open air is much more pleasant than with a closed roof.
